TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Entry is strictly subject to a valid ticket/pass and applicable event verification at the venue.

2. Dandiya/ethnic dress code is mandatory. Entry may be denied to guests who do not comply with the prescribed dress code. The final decision regarding dress-code compliance will rest with the event management team.

3. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, unless otherwise announced by the organizers.

4. Each ticket/pass is valid only for the date and event specified and cannot be used for any other event.

5. Single Male entry is ₹799 per person for a single day.

6. Single Female entry is ₹799 per person for a single day.

7. Couple Entry is ₹1200 for two persons for a single day.

8. No VIP Lounge facility is available unless specifically announced by the organizers.

9. Children/infants, if permitted, will be subject to the applicable age policy and ticketing rules announced by the organizers.

10. Guests must carry a valid ticket/pass and valid photo ID wherever required for verification.

11. Outside food, beverages, alcohol, weapons and other prohibited items will not be permitted inside the venue.

12. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe or in violation of venue/event rules.

13. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

14. Photography and videography may take place during the event. By entering the venue, guests acknowledge that their photographs/videos may be used for event promotion, marketing and social media.

15. Event timings, artists, performances, décor, food counters, stalls and other programme elements are subject to change without prior notice.

16. In case of unforeseen circumstances, government restrictions, weather conditions, venue-related issues or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control, the event schedule may be modified, postponed or cancelled as deemed necessary.

17. No refund or compensation will be applicable for late arrival, voluntary exit, non-attendance or failure to comply with the dress code/event rules.

18. Food, beverages, shopping and third-party brand services are subject to availability and applicable charges.

19. The event management team and venue management reserve the right to implement additional security and safety procedures whenever required.

20. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all instructions issued by the organizers and venue management.

21. Universal Runners Marathon / Event Organizers reserve the right to take the final decision on matters relating to event entry, safety, conduct and operations.
